1D-LSD and 1D-AL-LAD were legal in Germany because their chemical structures were not listed in the NpSG (New Psychoactive Substances Act). Only their precursors, 1cP-LSD and 1V-LSD, were included in this act and are therefore illegal.
Since German law requires specific substances to be listed to be prohibited, and since 1D-LSD and 1D-AL-LAD were not listed, they were therefore 100% legal.

The ideal storage for blotters and tablets containing 1S-LSD is cool, dark, and dry. An airtight container, such as a zip lock bag, stored in a drawer away from heat sources, is optimal. It is recommended to keep 1S-LSD away from direct sunlight to avoid degradation.

For even longer shelf life, 1S-LSD can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. It is important that the packaging is completely airtight. Under these conditions, 1S-LSD can be stored for several years without significant loss of quality.
