You can use this page to prepare the withdrawal of an order placed online. Once the backend is connected, the page will send the withdrawal to Acid Berlin and automatically email a receipt confirmation.

Please enter the details we need to clearly identify your order. We will send the receipt confirmation to the email address provided. You do not need to provide a reason for the withdrawal.

Please note: our products are sensitive laboratory chemicals. Once the seal has been opened or the goods have been exposed to air, moisture, heat or other environmental influences, their purity, stability and analytical quality can no longer be reliably guaranteed; economically reasonable retesting of returned goods for their original purity and integrity is not possible. For this reason, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded in legally defined exceptional cases, especially for goods that can deteriorate quickly and for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery. You can still submit your withdrawal via this form; we will review the specific case based on your order.

  2. Customers enter their name, order reference and email address for the receipt confirmation.
  3. After reviewing the summary, the withdrawal is submitted via the "Confirm withdrawal" button.
  4. The backend stores the content, date and time, and immediately sends a confirmation email to the customer.
