Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly, or on the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last good, in case you have ordered several goods within a single order and these are delivered separately, or on the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, in case you have ordered a good that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, or on the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the first good, in case you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period of time.

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this value loss is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for examining the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
