Shipping policy

(1) The prices stated in the respective offers and the shipping costs are total prices and include all price components, including all applicable taxes.

(2) The respective purchase price must be paid before delivery of the product (payment in advance). The payment methods available to you are shown under a correspondingly labelled button in the online shop or in the respective offer. Unless stated otherwise for the individual payment methods, payment claims are due for payment immediately.

(3) In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply for the delivery of products unless the respective item is marked as free of shipping costs. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the offers, where applicable in the shopping cart system, and on the order summary page.

(4) Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all offered products are ready for immediate dispatch (delivery time: 1-2 working days after receipt of payment).

(5) The following delivery area restrictions apply: Delivery is made to the following countries: Germany.

(6) If the goods are not available due to force majeure or discontinuation of the product, or if the provider is unable to procure the ordered products under reasonable conditions, and if these circumstances only arose after the conclusion of the contract and are not the responsibility of the provider, the provider shall be released from the obligation to deliver. If events occur that make delivery substantially more difficult or impossible for the provider — for example strikes, lockouts, official orders or the like — the provider shall not be responsible for delays, even in the case of bindingly agreed periods and dates.

(7) The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
