Shipping Information

(1) The prices listed in the respective offers as well as the shipping costs are total prices and include all price components, including all applicable taxes.

(2) The respective purchase price must be paid before the delivery of the product (in advance), unless we explicitly offer purchase on account. The payment methods available to you are indicated under a correspondingly labeled button in the online shop or in the respective offer. Unless otherwise specified for the individual payment methods, the payment claims are due for payment immediately.

(3) In addition to the prices indicated, shipping costs may apply for the delivery of products unless the respective item is marked as free of shipping costs. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the offers, possibly in the shopping cart system, and on the order summary once again.

(4) All offered products are, unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, ready to ship immediately (delivery time: 1-2 business days after receipt of payment).

(5) The following delivery area restrictions exist: Delivery is made to the following countries: Germany.

(6) Should the goods not be deliverable due to force majeure or product discontinuation, or if the supplier cannot procure the ordered products under reasonable conditions, and should these circumstances have occurred only after the conclusion of the contract and not be attributable to the supplier, then the supplier is released from the obligation to deliver. Should events occur that significantly hinder or make it impossible for the supplier to deliver – such as strikes, lockouts, official orders, or similar – the supplier is not responsible for delays even in the case of bindingly agreed deadlines and dates.

(7) The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
