What is 1BP-LSD:
1BP-LSD is a synthetic lysergamide from the group of 1-substituted lysergamides. It is based on the classic ergoline/lysergamide backbone and features a targeted substitution at the 1-position (N-1) of the indole nitrogen.
The substituent consists of an aromatic benzoyl moiety with a boron-containing dioxaborolane motif. This keeps the central lysergamide core intact, while the substitution is chemically distinct from simple alkyl or alkoxycarbonyl variants.
Our assessment: 1BP-LSD remains a specialized derivative with its own profile. In direct comparison with 1Fe-LSD, we see a more variable feedback pattern more often and receive more performance-related feedback. If you are looking for the most reliable choice, we currently recommend 1Fe-LSD.
Why it is not prohibited:
According to the current wording of the 6th amendment to the NpSG, 1BP-LSD is not covered by the substance group of Δ⁹,¹⁰-ergolines. While numerous 1-substituted lysergamides are regulated there, the permissible substituents are clearly defined.
The substituent of 1BP-LSD contains boron, an element that is not listed in the relevant NpSG definition. For this reason, the substitution formally lies outside the regulated element framework, despite being bound at the 1-position.
1-substituted lysergamides
Lysergamide derivatives are structurally characterized by substitutions typically occurring at the 1-position of the indole nitrogen (N-1). This position has historically and structurally established itself as the preferred modification point within lysergamide chemistry. Newer derivatives also follow this principle and retain the central ergoline/lysergamide core, while the chemical differentiation occurs solely through the substituent at the 1-position. Therefore, 1-substituted lysergamides are particularly suited for structural comparative studies within this substance class.
